The theory behind it is that if the analyst and has this idea of like, okay, I've got like 50 minutes or whatever, then they're unconscious is going to kind of like set themselves up so that they can protect insights. So if there's like a moment, a puncture kind of that happens,. Or like, I guess what what some might call like a potential breakthrough, at least from the analysts perspective, then they can just stop the session and sort of force the analyst and to sit with with with what happened and how it ended. That's the theory behind it. Yeah, for sure.
