The Privileges and Benefits of Stepping Into Leadership

I think I'm wired to enjoy being able to move people, even if they don't get personal credit for it. There's a satisfaction that comes from that often for a certain type of person. True leaders actually have something they're guiding us toward. They're helping us go from point A to point B or Z or beyond. The Kardashians are very much in positions of leadership as well because they're highly influential on trends and how people want to grow up.
