Joab Kills Absalom

Based on just what we've read going through the life of David, I would suspect that this has more to do with Absalom than it does with Joab killing some guy that David doesn't really care about anyway. He didn't initially get over it because he removed Joab from the position of general after doing that. Then Joab just goes and kills the guy that he put in this place and just takes his spot back.
