The Originalist Approach to Freedom of Speech
i read this long, josh site's essay in politico early this week. And ah, hou know, it's all about how stupid the the originalist approach is. But basely, the way alido laid out the originals argument, i think, is a legitimate way to lay out theOriginals argument. If there's a right in the constitution, it's in the constitution. You don't have to guess whether that's a right. The freedom of speech is in the constitution; you don't have an argument about that's right. It's written. A but the originalist argument saysi david and sarah should be this.
