A national retail federation, is actually saying that it is going to be bigger than 20 19 by a lot. This this is their projection of a ten point one eight billion dollars spent on halloween. Can see that halloween was kind of levelling, and then took a hit last year,. But everyone's making up for it this yeare. So the question is, how do you play it? Where's the best play?
