The Politics of Drinking

When you're drinking, people can see how you really are. You know somebody better if you drink with them because they're not going to be as good at keeping up a pretense. So I think these sort of competitive games do serve that kind of function as well. And so if someone seems to be fine when they're sober, but when they're drunk, they get mad at every little thing. Maybe you're seeing who they really are when they've been drinking.
