Design Can't Solve a Problem, Right?

"I have not done a lot of prototyping. A, simply because i'm always in such a rush to get the code done," he says. "The hard part there is, like, it's not totally clear to me that design can solve it." He adds: "If we're not capable of doing it, then design can't solve it, right? How about you just keep building things?"
