Is the Abom Administration Defending the Statutes the Way It's Written?

In general, the advocates are very disappointed. In both administrations, they have defended the statutory text the way congress wrote it. Once you start saying imigration defensant statutes are unconstitutional, then what are you doing? This is clearly not a politified justice department. And so neither the vine administration nor the a bomb administration ever decided to say that thee statutes were unconstitutional.
