Coaches are known for their ability to build a well conditioned team. How do you start with the conditioning and then build up towards it? We never go outside and run miles any more, just drills. And we're working on all the phases of the press, from trapping to back tipping. As soon as fatigue comes in, and we know what stops us, we try to talk them out of it. They don't talk whandos when they're fresh because they're so tired. It's like playing basket ball erobically and aderobically. In basket ball, it takes a whole different way. So i like to traid on the basket ball boat with the drills
