I think it's very, very, very hard for us with ADHD to have any space in our lives. One of the first things that we do is we drop self-care. Do not just stay on that hamster wheel. Set some boundaries. There's an end date to the crazy. Make sure that you have relief coming. That means that you create more space in your calendar and you hop off the hamsters wheel.
