When you say that you're gluten free, it generally will send the signal that you don't want to eat anything like fried or breaded. I use the gluten free thing once in a while, but again, my body doesn't do bad with gluten. So if there's a slip up once in awhile, I'm okay with it. And it's really just a preference.
