Are There Good Models for Care Giving Policies and Practices?
Are there good models for care dignity policies and practices in other countries? Yes. There is a care giving time bank in pan that i'm a big fan of. In germany, they have a housing programme where m college students can live with older people who need care. But i will say that there isn't an example of a country where the care giving work force is really valued the way tha it should be. That's an opportunity for us to be a global leader and to lead the way on how we make these jobs really good jobs.
