Is the Budget Targeted at the Lower Income Consumers?

I think the love was targeted at people who are different from me. I think more will be done in future budgets. It actually hurts lower income Singaporeans the most because even before high inflation hit, they were already living quite close to the edge of the budgets. And when you have all these price hikes come in rapid succession, that was causing them a real difficulty. They might have to choose between putting food in the table and paying for other bills.
