Self-Esteem and Relational Estimation in Real Estate

The idea of the estimation of a house I want to purchase comes up. The estimator takes in two broad categories: physical property and its related value. So could we say that personal self-esteem has those same two factors, an absolute estimation of self as well as an estimation in relation to others? We need to know what we're using to begin with.
