Sketchnoting is this ability to use more than just writing to capture and share your thinking whether it's sharing it for others or it's just for your own use later. Give yourself a lot of grace because like focus stuff we've been talking about it takes practice you've got to try it over and over again until you nail it and get it right. Our visual skills are incredibly powerful so leveraging it can be a way that you can expand beyond just the verbal stuff that you're maybe good at now and add another component as well.
