I'm Not Buying It. Is It a Real Board?
I'm very in support of artists being able to protect what is theirs. I still think you you should be allowed to sue and go after folks who copy your work. You don't change copyright law with a lawsuit. Legislation changes copyright law. And judicial judgments change copyright law. So you're not going to be winny lawsuits do on precedent exactly. It doesn't mean that it's not worth fighting for if it's important. But you should be talking to your your congress lady or your congressman, not yourself.
