The DPI A's and the Privacy Impact Assessment

California as a government is terrible at protecting privacy and data. It just it's so rich that they have these expectations that everybody's going to master data privacy but when it comes to them it's just not their problem. And then irony here maybe the final irony worth mentioning for the moment, I'll go down the list of the many things that bug me here.
