In Tai Chi we train that and that's part of the performance practices. We train it through a specific type of standing meditation. And you see this in the Nicholas swaying the home and swing. Mo Norman Mickey right. You see this kind of movement in the classical swing, the old fashioned swing. So I don't know why golf's deviated from that. I really don't. If you have a good set up, even if your swing technique is not so good, you're still going to have a good shot.
