When we're working with people who have pain or incomplete range of motion, we regress a lot of movements. And getting stronger in the mid back end at those end ranges would be exemplified by something laying on their stomach with the arms overhead and then lifting off the ground. That is strengthening that last few degrees. What I found is once I strengthened those last few degrees for me, whatever those last few degree were, my body's like, oh, okay, we're not going to break automatically.
