There are two time types, ot you same, that's correct, watchdog and lounger. Watchdog is the person that is on time, is early, values their relationship with time as well as how other people are operating with time. Lounger is someone that gets caught in time; they're not necessarly on time all the time but really value being in the present moment. We just need to know the differences of and then how to set up communication strategies to honor each style.
