Peter learned he hadn't permitted her any friends or visitors. Any of his acquaintances or business associates who came by and asked to give her their regards were merely told that she went on a long trip. Still, the man lived in a hut in the middle of nowhere. And peter was as one man the biggest bank in the black forest. Every night when he slept, though, he heard her voice telling him to pray for his heart.
