Many of the big announcements have unraveled. Many of them were quite shaky these announcements. There was a very big announcement to reduce the reliance on coal by South Africa. That has got bogged down and is unraveling for a number of reasons, but also mainly because there isn't enough money to fund what is needed at this point. Some people think that you could really move towards a net zero is by launching lawsuits against polluters.
