Setting Good Boundaries
There's two different kinds of boundaries. One I would say is implicit and one is explicit. Implicit boundaries are not stated as rules. They simply are with people that feel unsafe. A practice of changing the subject so that we are constantly avoiding situations that make us uncomfortable. When we feel we're in a relationship where explicit boundaries are beneficial, then we can stay.
