How to Get Back to Routine

I had an absolutely try an almost stonkingly massive weekend so Monday. It's been one of those Mondays but I was like just want just get up put the first of 75 loads of washing on and we'll just process them through the day. But then did you treat yourself with more Love Island after? You need to do little treats throughout the day well I actually am up to speed there's nothing worse than when you're up to speed and then the unseen bits episode drops and you're like no but no. So I think I don't know if there's one tonight but I did I did catch up on I know we talk about a lot I did caught up on it.
