Steve has a bias towards morning routines, because i have found in my own life they've really, really helped me. It allows me to reflect on my life, but it also feeds the leg of the happiness stool. Why i think morning reteens can be so valuable, as they can reduce how many micro stress doses youare exposed ting in the morning. They help almost undo the damage when you wake up anxious and bring you back to your base line. Was that clear? So that's my kind of view on wy ye!
