Is There a Fine Line Between Producing the Excited Moments in Film?
I wonder if it's important if that element of producing the excitement is sometimes an important element in kind of portraying or engaging with these ideas or scenarios in film. I think about this a lot with like Scorsese's filmmaking where he's showing like gangsters doing really bad stuff and his tone makes you implicit in the whole thing right? So does depicting it in a way that kind of indicts us in that help us understand how people perpetrate this kind of action mm-hmm to me I think it does to some extent but obviously there's a fine line between doing that and also becoming part of creating that fantasy for people that will then you know maybe provoke excitement about this kind of
