The Support Model of an Open Source Product

Most open source projects, smaller ones, they only have one maintainer. Those are typically the people either providing support directly or in the case of a larger company working for a company that's providing that support. I'm still very much focused on Netbox and I hope to be able to, you know, through Netbox Labs and building out a team to help me with that.
