The Connection Between Product Diligence and Customer Sales History
The first thing that's going to trip people up is a show me the disaster recovery plan. Is customer service good? Are they quick with feature functionality? Is it easy to use? You know, do they ask you questions about what you need? Do they spend time with you and find out how you use the product? Those are all things that are really product diligence for me at the end of the day. The spending on disaster recovery has got to be commensurate with the risk to your customers.
