The Power of Music

I wonder about the sense of identity that music can give you as a teenager kind of. For me, it was like, I think the first thing was sort of like, Blondie,. You know, Debbie Harry was on the Muppet Show and I was 10. Of course I had rock star fantasies that all came from that. But Jeanade's older brother who's a well known novelist brought home all these Bob Dylan records. She really felt that she could be like Bob Dylan, like a protest singer that got it allowed her to survive.
