The Kakhov-Kadam has almost certainly put an end to any crossing of heavy weaponry. The flooding has also washed away Russian defences, minefields on the eastern side of the Nepura. While it was never considered to be a main axis of offensive operations, there's now more potential for Ukrainian units to assault using speedboats and perhaps special forces.
Hints of the long campaign ahead are emerging, but all the operations so far are just drawing the eventual, full-scale battle lines.
