For me, i building some constraints or barriers around what i allow myself to do in the mornings and in other parts of the day through victuals and routines has been really effective. I think they're both important, but it will depend on each person as how much weight you give them. So let's talk a little about this idea of of t like the routines, for me, they book, they book.
