The Importance of Speed in Agile

The speed of getting something out is more important than the quality. So putting something in front of users becomes more important there. That's a way of prioritizing specific items in your backlog. But I'm worried sometimes about the fast prototyping and the kind of getings of out there. The games are out there and working with guesses.
