The Problem With Private Languages
I mean, what is language, if not just terms that have reference to objects or concepts? I guess it depends what you mean. It's a kind of it's a point of ostention to right from the bottom of my my finger, you extend a line to the object in the world in which you're referencing. Is that a language? I don't know. But even privately, if a human being sort of spring, I mean, you can imagine a human being who has absolutely no social interaction, just having no conception of language. You'd just be making simian like, grunting or even the grunting and grunting might be problematic.
