What Is Your Advice to Outgoing Leaders?
Rick Warren handed over the reins of his church to Andy Wood on Sunday. The two have been working together for more than a year and say they're enjoying it. Rick says he's never seen a leader lead a group of people where everybody agrees all the time. He also advises that outgoing leaders should bookend conversations with their successor once a year so they can talk about areas of hurt or disagreements.
