Baby boomers are dominating the housing market. millennials and jen exers are looking to buy smaller entry level houses. A growing number of young Americans are abandoning cities and flocking the suburbs, finding their cheap dream homes in far flung places. More millennials are buying fixer uppers, a big draw for young buyers.
