Free Speech Isn't a Crime
Under hate speech laws, it could be illegal to deny somebody's suffering. Er, i don't believe that. No laws against espionage, perjury, libel, et cetera, are actually a free speech issue at all. It is the criminal activity that you're engaging with. In this instance it's done through the act of speech. And i think that's an important distinction that needs, that needs to be made.
