How to Reach Out to a Research University

Aja: A better way of reaching out to someone would be you do your research. You say, he you know, doctor aja, could i email you about my project? Then you e get my consent, email me, and then say, i've researched these five universities. This is what i'm planning to study. Which one do you think would suit me the best? But ami on and aside, all research universities in the united states worth their name, fond their pes. And may be there, if i have some expertis i'll be able to answer your question.
