How to Investigate a Whistleblower

I think he's in good epistemic shape and reference to being a candidate who would be in the know so to speak. This individual stands out far more than any of the ones I've ever heard of. So we haven't really got into anything that he's actually claimed so far, but we're still kind of just assessing where he where he's at like his credibility. It doesn't strike me as as this is someone who's talking who is making stuff up. And it sounds like he's really was convinced that this is this is real.
