If you don't allow yourself to make mistakes, guess what? You're not going to learn that just how it is. Love is the most beautiful force to feel in the universe. And then the withholding of it is hell. So when we judge ourselves, we withhold love from ourselves and we withheld love from the world because we feel that we don't deserve it. It's like a child who's afraid of getting grounded. What do you do? You lie.
