Don't come in, guns a blaze in. Im an investor. O, you know, we buy homes, gash any condition, like slow down here. You want to be the first call if they can catch wind that somebody might be moving or needs to move. And i've had several of those, just because the park might not be the nicest,. But the persons selling it, their home is in pretty good condition. So i've moved it that way. I've moved it from a piece of land to a different ar but i will say that takes a little bit of experience and skill.
