If you're going to do white am what i would say as is probably a steer away from the obvious. Apino noir is always a good a, you know, easy choice. It's a wine that can be consumed by itself. Dry rosee wines are very much in. So if you order a dry rosee, people will, i will smile. If it's simply something that you do not like, more often than not, they will be happy to take it back. I wouldn't wait till two thirds of your meal had been served before asking for another drink. You don't want to walk out of a restaurant or wine bar unhappy. Always tell people when in doubt
