Proposal to Niac

Anyone who is eligible to work legally in the united states is eligible to propose to niac. We have had grad students propose and win, we've had an undergraduate student propose and win a niaca ward. There are a lot of folks who have really challenging ideas that the status quo can't always accept. I think it's the best strategy to always be done o to be ready. Seize an opportunity that shows up, even if you've just finished a phase one proposal. Maybe you can find funding from an implementation organization right then. And that's the best way to go.
