The Importance of Constant Rejection in the Consulting Recruitment Process
For me, I think the biggest obstacle was probably just constant rejection. Every rejection or poor interview on my part or just a failure was kind of my opportunity to go back to the drawing board and see what I could do better. And I think it's a bit of an ego thing. You know, I was fully confident in my ability to get an offer. For me, there was no other option. I was consulting is what I was going to do one way or the other."
