Do You Have a Regularly Scheduled Cheat Meal?

I eat clean about 80% of the time and the 20%. I don't really stress and sweat it too much. The things that I crave and mostly what I eat now on a day to day basis, I don't feel like I'm sacrificing right or depriving myself anymore. It's not a sacrifice or a deprivation to me to have a steak,. you know, and a potato and, you know, sauteed spinach that these things taste great to me.
