The Importance of a Good Waiver
The judge deemed a waiver so poorly written that the judge deemed it inadmissible and thus it this case went forward as if there had been no waiver at all. So take that with a giant grain of salt. Every jurisdiction is different so you want to make sure that you're talking to a lawyer in your area who understands what the local rules are. If you can point to some sort of safety standards that seem to be in line with what everybody else is doing then you know you're in better stead.
