I think your approach to really separating and also because this is also kind of a reward people love status like they love saying like yeah I'm managing a team of 50 people instead of five right. It's just it really I think robs a lot of value when people get into that mode that's why we're seeing now with all of the reductions at Facebook, these companies have grown far too quickly relative to the problem that they're trying to solve. That creates a really hard experience for the people that are impacted by that.
