S1's Aren't Congruent With Understanding the Story of the Business
You can't quite tell from their SEC filing for the IPO what exactly what's going on, but you can kind of tease it out. The sections that are required in an S1 are not actually congruent anymore with understanding how a business is doing. So there are ways to be coy and dance around the story without telling the whole story.
