The Importance of Batch Size in Product Management
The idea is that you place the smallest bets possible to go see if you won or not. So it's all about splitting things smaller, right? Splitting things into smaller valuable chunks and enabling flow like fast. Like literally it's impossible to know what the value of something is upfront unless someone is saying I am going to pay you X amount of money for doing this. In that case you do know the value otherwise you don't.
