Generate Swift Code With GPT-3?
The power of these models is impressive, but there's an unsolved question, at least unsolved to me. If you had the goal of training something like GPT-3 and you wanted to generate source code, it could definitely do that. Now the question is, how do you express the intent of what you want filled in? And so you want a generative model on the one hand, yes? Oh, that's fascinating, yeah. Right. But you also want some loopback, some reinforcement learning system or something where you're actually saying like, I need to hill climb towards something that is more correct. And I don't know that we have that.
