Ukraine and EU get to decide whether Russia is committing a crime. I'm just wondering whether it would require surely the United Nations or some recognized global body to adjudicate on that. If you're just going to make those decisions, then what's to stop China next year deciding that some Western firm that's investing there can have their assets stolen? Well, as indicated, that would be controversial and the United States at least appears unwilling so far to follow Estonia's idea.
